Activision announced that they will publish the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game based on the movie for the 3DS this summer.
The third person hack-and-slash Game will be set in New York, where teams of robots mutants created by Baxter Stockman, in collaboration with the Foot Clan to disturb the peace in the city.
Gamers can toggle character (Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello) you like. The four characters also have special abilities that will function in certain situations. Gamers can also raise their levels to increase strength, gain new abilities, and collect materials to create new, more powerful weapons.
The game will be released at the same time with the new film produced by Michael Bay, which will be released on 8 August around the world. Developed together with Magic Pockets, the same studio behind the Nickelodeon animated series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles which began airing in October 2013 ago.
This game is also be a result between Activision and Nickelodeon, which owns the rights to the TMNT franchise.
